This all depends on how long the ovens are used as in how many meals are being cooked and how many days they are on, as a minimum they should be serviced at least once per annum and if the footfall is high we recommend your equipment is serviced twice per annum.

Installation & Commissioning of Frima Vario Pan & Rational Ovens
Anyone can carry out an install but there is a correct way and a wrong way to install a Frima Vario Pan or a Rational oven, NCE London Ltd have been trained to carry out the installation of Frima Vario Pans & Rational ovens, we have even been trained in the factory in France to strip down the Frima Vario Pans if they will not fit through doorways, etc and then rebuild them once all access is cleared.
You have made a major investment in a great piece of equipment why cut costs and have a substandard/incorrect installation and suffer the possible consequence of having your warranty voided or even worse damage your investment.
We recommend you factor in the following steps when purchasing your Frima Vario Pan or Rational Oven from equipment supplier.
We strongly recommend that one of our trained engineers carries out a site survey prior to installation. Our experienced engineers have an in depth knowledge of all Frima Vario Pans & Rational ovens.
The following checks are carried out as part of the site survey:
- Site Access for Delivery (External & Internal)
- Suitability of final position for oven
- Services (gas, electric, water and drainage)
We will liaise with you and your equipment supplier to help ensure that delivery goes ahead at the time and date agreed in preparation for our installation and commissioning site visit.
Our factory trained engineers will carry out the installation & commissioning as per manufacturers specification (gas, electric, water and drainage) within one metre of the oven. This ensures that your oven will be fully covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
NCE London Ltd engineers will be able to offer you an introduction to your new equipment, and run through the basics of general use, upkeep and how to carry out the day to day cleaning and maintenance care.
